Answers to Questions
Yes, the data file is stored in ASCII format. It can be opened with any text editor.
2. How can I view the data curves?
The data curves can be viewed by opening the Testing Tools and starting the Data Browser tool. The data can be loaded and then specific vectors selected.
3. How can I create a wafer map?
Wafer maps can be created by using the Miner tool.
4. Can I use the Data Miner or Data Viewer Tools on a different PC?
The Miner and Data Browser Tools can be installed upon another PC. While the data is being collected by the tester, simply make a copy of the data onto the local PC (with Data Browser and Data Miner) and then view the data.
