1. What is the current version of Metrics I/CV?

The current version is 2.1.

2. What if I already have a previous copy of Metrics ICS?

I/CV will preserve your ICS database and initialization files. In addition it will install the latest version of ICS in the ICS directory created within the install directory of I/CV. You can then migrate to the I/CV system.

3. When I try to start the help for my system it does not view correctly. How do I fix this?

Please install Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.0 or greater.

4. Where do I get the latest updates to Metrics I/CV?

The latest updates are available on the Metrics website in the Downloads section.

5. My hardware key does not seem to work. How do I troubleshoot this?

First visit the Technical Support section of the Metrics website and click on the "Hardware Key Problems?" link. This will provide a series of instructions to troubleshoot the key.

6. I receive a message stating "This software will only run for 30 days unregistered". What is wrong?

This indicates that you have a hardware key but no codewords have been entered. Please enter you software codewords according to the directions in the Self-Paced Getting Started Guide.
