MT will work with the customer to obtain access to equipment needed to develop new algorithms or drivers.

Custom Algorithms

• To begin the process of specifying a custom algorithm, contact Metrics Technology, Inc. at support@metricstech.com. MT will work with you to specify the algorithm and implement it. Costs are based upon a per hour rate and estimated prior to beginning work.

Probe Stations

• In the event that a probe station is currently unsupported in the Metrics I/CV product, contact Metrics Technology, Inc. at support@metricstech.com. If the probe station is manufactured or located at a customer site in the U.S.A., Metrics Technology, Inc. can provide a quote for the charges to develop the probe station driver on-site. If the probe station is neither located nor manufactured in the U.S.A., Metrics Technology, Inc. will develop the probe station driver at the customer's or manufacturer's site, however, travel expenses will be charged to the customer or requesting party.

Instruments and Switches

• In the event that a customer requires a driver for an instrument or switch that is unsupported in the Metrics product, contact Metrics Technology, Inc. at support@metricstech.com. Requests for custom drivers for switches and instruments will be handled on a case by case basis.
